.NET ecosystems with web-based Blazor interfaces. Bespoke desktop and web applications tailored to specific engineering
workflows and API integrations. We modernized a critical Lab Information Management System
(LIMS) for a large-scale steel industry client. The project involved migrating a legacy
OpenVMS/Fortran monolith to a modern, scalable .NET architecture with a Blazor
WebAssembly frontend. The new system preserved decades of complex metallurgical
algorithms while providing a secure, web-accessible interface for lab technicians and
engineers. MEPF Connection Automation is a Revit API–based add-in
developed for residential and commercial concrete buildings. The tool automatically
identifies ducting and piping scenarios and places the correct hangers, supports, and
connection systems based on predefined engineering rules. This automation eliminated repetitive manual modelling
tasks, reduced modelling errors, and significantly accelerated MEPF coordination
workflows. This project involved building a Revit add-in to automate
analytical model preparation for concrete commercial buildings. The tool adjusts
analytical members, defines load cases, and prepares the model for seamless conversion
to ETABS using CSIxRevit. The solution removed data silos between BIM and structural
analysis teams and enabled a reliable, code-compliant structural workflow. The 2D DWG to 3D Model Conversion Tool automates the
transformation of 2D CAD drawings into full 3D Revit models with a single click. The
add-in reads DWG geometry and intelligently generates floors, walls, rooms, ceilings,
doors, and windows. This tool dramatically reduced manual modelling effort for
residential concrete buildings while improving accuracy and consistency. Modernized a legacy AutoCAD VBA tool used for
underfloor heating (UFH) design, addressing 64-bit compatibility and high manual
effort. Rewrote the codebase using late binding and VBA7-safe architecture. Automated UFH layout tasks including group text
placement, roll length/circuit calculations, and layer-wise measurement. Problem: Revit users spend hours manually
placing Excel schedules onto sheets with inconsistent naming and alignment. Solution: TableToSheetWriter is a Revit
plugin that automates Excel-to-sheet conversion. It detects naming patterns, applies
smart layouts with customizable margins, and converts sheets to high-quality images.
